Disclosure: White Hat Casinos may receive compensation from listed brands. Full disclosure.

This is our complete list of White Hat Gaming casinos, from A to Z. Brands with a Europe-wide welcome offer are highlighted, so they are easy to spot as you scroll.

The list is alphabetical, not a ranking. For our top picks and their current offers, see the best White Hat Gaming casinos for players in Europe. Below the list, we explain how the platform works, which licences the casinos run under, which companies are behind the brands and how to check all of it for yourself.

How to read the White Hat Gaming casinos list

Each card on the list shows the same details:

  • Rating: our score out of 10, based on regulation and licensing (35%), trust and player protection (30%), games (20%) and payments (15%).
  • Type: ”Casino” or ”Casino and sportsbook”. Some brands run a sportsbook alongside the casino, and this list is about the casinos.
  • Europe-wide offer: ”Yes” means we hold a Europe-wide welcome offer for that brand, usually in euro, and its card is highlighted. ”No” does not mean the brand is closed to Europe: many of those brands serve individual European countries, and the ”Markets” line on the card shows which ones we list offers for.
  • Licences: the public registers that list the brand’s domain under White Hat Gaming Limited. MGA stands for the Malta Gaming Authority and UKGC for the UK Gambling Commission.
  • Markets: the countries and regions where we list a welcome offer for the brand.
  • Launched: the month the brand went live, or ”Not confirmed” if we have no launch date on record.
  • Brand name: links to our full review of that casino.

We check both licence registers every day, and the most recent check was on 18 September 2026. The registers also name a few domains that we do not review, so those domains are not on this list.

About White Hat Gaming

White Hat Gaming Limited is an online gambling company founded in 2012. It is based in Malta, with its head office in Mosta. Its casino platform powers the company’s own brands and the brands it runs with partner businesses. Between them, those brands offer slots, table games and live dealer games.

How the white label platform works

With a white label platform, a business can open a casino brand without building any of the technology itself. White Hat Gaming offers operators anything from its player account management system to a full white label solution, with the gambling licences, payment options and games from many providers. Because the brands share one platform, many White Hat casino sites have a similar lobby, cashier and account area, while each brand adds its own name, design and offers. Every brand also picks its own game providers, payment methods and markets, so two casinos on the same platform can feel quite different to use.

White Hat Studios and the Merkur Group

White Hat Studios is the group’s slots studio. It launched in 2021 and became the first supplier to have online slot content live in all seven US states with regulated online casino gaming.

On 15 July 2026 the Merkur Group announced an agreement to buy White Hat Studios. The agreement is for the slots business only, and it is subject to regulatory approval. It does not include the White Hat Gaming casino platform, its white label operations or the brands in this list. Merkur presented the deal as part of its expansion in the regulated North American market, together with its purchase of Gaming Arts, a Nevada-licensed game and machine supplier.

Licences and regulators

Malta Gaming Authority

The casinos on this list run under Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licence MGA/B2C/370/2017, which White Hat Gaming Limited holds for its markets outside Great Britain. It is a gaming service licence for consumer-facing sites. The MGA register lists the company under number C73232 with the status ”Licensed” and shows 51 website addresses under the licence. The register also names eCOGRA as the approved dispute resolution service, so if a casino does not resolve your complaint, you can take it to eCOGRA.

UK Gambling Commission

White Hat Gaming Limited also holds UK Gambling Commission account 52894. That licence covers Great Britain, and it is where the UKGC label on a card comes from.

Gambling rules differ from one European country to the next, and each brand decides which countries it serves, which is why the markets on each card vary.

How to check a licence on the MGA register

You can check for yourself that a casino runs under White Hat Gaming Limited’s MGA licence. Open the company’s page on the MGA register and find the casino’s web address in the ”Website Urls” section. The same page shows the licence status, and the dispute resolution service appears under ”Approved ADRs”. The MGA labels on our cards come from this register.

Games and suppliers

The Malta Gaming Authority approves the suppliers that each licence holder may use. White Hat Gaming Limited’s licence lists these approved suppliers:

GamesApproved suppliers
Casino gamesArrise Solutions (Malta) Limited, Blueprint Technologies (Malta) Ltd, Playtech P.L.C., Ezugi Ro S.R.L., Push Gaming Malta Limited, Prima Networks Limited, LNW Gaming Malta Limited, Evolution Gaming Malta Limited, IGT Malta Casino Limited, Play'n Go Malta Limited, Relax Gaming Limited, Greentube Malta Limited, 1x2 Network Malta Ltd, Stakelogic Malta Limited, Leander Malta Limited
Sports betting (fixed odds, including live betting)Altenar Software Limited
Bingo and peer-to-peer gamesArrise Solutions (Malta) Limited

Each brand still chooses its own slots and other casino games, so the providers vary from one casino to the next. Our reviews list the game providers at each casino.

Old and new White Hat casinos

The brands on this list launched at different times, and new brands still join the platform. From day one, a new brand can draw on the platform’s established licences, payment options and game provider relationships. To tell the old White Hat casinos from the new ones, compare the ”Launched” month on each card. A launch month only shows how long a brand has been running, so use our rating to compare quality.

Regulatory history

The cases below come from Great Britain and Finland.

UK Gambling Commission settlement, December 2020

On 28 December 2020 the UK Gambling Commission announced that White Hat Gaming would pay a £1.3 million regulatory settlement, plus £9,816.63 in costs. According to the Commission, the company’s anti-money laundering and safer gambling controls were not adequate between October 2016 and March 2019. The Commission’s examples included:

  • no source of funds check on a customer who lost £70,000 in three months
  • no effective safer gambling interaction with a customer who lost £50,000 in six hours
  • no adequate engagement with a customer who lost £85,000 in just over one hour

White Hat Gaming co-operated with the investigation and accepted that its policies and procedures were not adequate. The company committed to improvements, including automatic stops on further spending once limits are reached, more safer gambling interactions, stronger source of funds checks and regular reviews of its anti-money laundering controls.

Finland

In April 2026 the trade publication NEXT.io reported that Finland’s National Police Board had reopened administrative proceedings against White Hat Gaming on 20 January 2026. The case concerns alleged breaches of the Lotteries Act linked to marketing aimed at Finnish players. White Hat Gaming said that third parties imitating its business ran the sites in question, and we have not found a published decision.

The companies behind the brands

White Hat Gaming Limited holds the licences that every brand on this list runs under, but it is not the only company involved. Several other businesses are named as the owner or the operator of individual brands, and they are the companies people search for when a casino’s footer or terms page shows a name they do not recognise. On a white label arrangement, the partner company runs the brand day to day, choosing its name, its look and its promotions, while the licence holder stays responsible for the licence conditions behind it. That is why the same registered company can sit behind several casinos that look nothing like one another.

Here is each company we hold on record, with the number of active and closed brands linked to it:

  • White Hat Gaming Limited: 43 active brands, 10 closed brands
  • Caddell Limited N.V: 11 active brands
  • Two Shepherds LTD: 3 closed brands
  • Forvana Gaming: 3 closed brands
  • Imperium Network Solutions Limited: 1 active brand
  • Yellow Day Marketing Limited: 1 active brand
  • Spinny Moon Limited: 1 active brand

Read the counts as a count of brands, not of licences. A brand can be linked to more than one company, for example when one company holds the licence and another runs the brand, so the company totals add up to more than the number of brands on the list. Companies come in order of how many brands they have, active and closed counted together, so a company with a long history can sit above one with more open casinos today. If a company name you have seen is not in the list, we either hold a different owner for that brand or we do not review its casinos.

Closed brands

A brand closes when the business behind it stops trading or moves to another platform. There are 10 closed brands on our list, shown after the active ones. Their reviews stay online for reference, each with a notice that the site no longer accepts players.

Responsible gambling in short

Your account at each White Hat casino is separate, so a deposit limit, a reality check, a time-out or a self-exclusion applies only at the site where you set it. Setting one at a casino does not close your account anywhere else on the platform, so if you want a break from more than one brand, you have to set it at each of them in turn.

Gambling Therapy is a free support service that works online and in several languages, wherever you are. Our responsible gambling guide has more ways to stay in control.

Frequently asked questions

How many White Hat Gaming casinos are there?

There are 43 active White Hat Gaming brands on our list, and 22 of them have a Europe-wide welcome offer, and the others serve individual European countries. Closed brands do not count towards that total, and you will find them at the end of the list.

Which White Hat Gaming casinos have a Europe-wide offer?

The brands marked ”Europe-wide offer: Yes” have a Europe-wide welcome offer in our data, and their cards are highlighted on the list. The rest still serve European countries: every active brand on this list has an offer for at least one country in Europe. Each brand decides which markets it serves, and the ”Markets” line on a card shows where we list offers for that brand.

Are White Hat Gaming casinos licensed?

Yes. White Hat Gaming Limited holds the licences for the brands on this list, including Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/370/2017, and the MGA register lists 51 website addresses under it with eCOGRA as the approved dispute resolution service. The company’s UK Gambling Commission account covers Great Britain.

Which companies operate the White Hat Gaming brands?

White Hat Gaming Limited holds the licences, and other companies are named as the owners or operators of individual brands. The company summary above lists each of them with its number of active and closed brands, so you can see which casinos sit behind a company name you have found on a casino’s terms page. Because a brand can be linked to more than one company, those totals add up to more than the number of brands on the list.

Is White Hat Studios the same as White Hat Gaming?

No. White Hat Studios is the group’s slots studio, and White Hat Gaming runs the casino platform. In July 2026 the Merkur Group agreed to buy the studio, subject to regulatory approval, and the deal does not include the casino platform or its brands.

What are White Hat Gaming sister sites?

Sister sites are casinos that run on the same platform. Every active brand on this list uses the White Hat Gaming platform and its licences, which makes them sister sites of one another. They often look alike, but each brand sets its own games, payment methods and offers, and you need a separate account at each site.

How can I tell if a White Hat casino is new or old?

Check the ”Launched” line on the brand’s card. It shows the month the brand went live, or ”Not confirmed” if we have no launch date on record. New brands still join the platform, so the latest launch months point to the newest White Hat casinos.

Where can I find the best White Hat Gaming casinos for players in Europe?

This page is an A to Z list of every brand, not a ranking. Our European home page compares the brands with a current welcome offer and shows what each one is offering now.
