Imperium Network Solutions Limited is a computer consultant company based in Marylebone, London, UK. The company director is Maxwell George Wright born 1979 (the founder of White Hat Gaming). Max studied Mathematics at the University Of Edinburgh which may of been beneficial to him when getting into gambling games involving probability.
Originally White Hat was an operator in South Africa but the business was not performing very well due the economic slump in 2008. Max had to cut 40% of the staff and run the company with a much smaller team to survive. He worked tirelessly to turn the company around and managed to have the company running extremely smoothly. As with any business it can feel plain sailing when the company is doing well and it’s very easy to take your eye off the ball. Luckily Max turned it around and managed to create the incredible White Hat Gaming platform we have today!
Imperium Network Solutions seems to be tied to some investors as when we looked at the publicly available accounts it appears there are liabilities of around £5m. The company doesn’t appear to be the license holder as they are not listed in the Gambling Commission public register.
