White Hat Gaming launched in 2012 and now runs 43 active casino brands that we list, 25 of them for UK players, under licences from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). The brands offer slots, table games and live dealer games, and some add a sportsbook.
This is an independent resource for players who want to understand what White Hat Gaming casinos offer before signing up. We have no association with White Hat Gaming Limited. We review, compare and list its casino brands so you can make informed decisions about where to play.
UK licence and what it means for you
White Hat Gaming Limited holds UK Gambling Commission account 52894. The UKGC is one of the strictest gambling regulators in the world, and its rules cover the protection of customer funds, fair games, safer gambling tools, anti-money laundering checks and advertising.
For its other markets, the company holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/370/2017. Our White Hat Gaming casino sites list shows which brands each licence covers.
For UK players, the UKGC licence is the one that matters most. It means each site must:
- check your age and identity before you gamble
- offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion
- take part in GAMSTOP, the national self-exclusion scheme
- use games whose random number generators are tested
- cap bonus wagering at 10 times the bonus amount
- give you access to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service if the casino does not resolve your complaint
UKGC regulatory settlement, December 2020
On 28 December 2020 the Gambling Commission announced that White Hat Gaming would pay a £1.3 million regulatory settlement, plus £9,816.63 in costs. The Commission found that between October 2016 and March 2019 the company's anti-money laundering and safer gambling controls were not adequate. Its statement named four sites: grandivy.com, 21casino.com, hellocasino.com and dreamvegas.com.
The Commission gave three examples of the failings:
- No source of funds check on a customer who lost £70,000 in three months.
- No effective safer gambling interaction with a customer who lost £50,000 in six hours.
- No adequate engagement with a customer who lost £85,000 in just over one hour.
White Hat Gaming cooperated with the investigation and accepted that its policies and procedures were not adequate. It committed to improvements, including automatically stopping further spending once limits are reached, more safer gambling interactions, more robust source of funds checks and regular reviews of its anti-money laundering controls.
Welcome bonuses and wagering requirements
Welcome offers at White Hat Gaming casinos usually combine a deposit match with free spins, or offer free spins on their own. Each brand sets its own offer, so values differ across the network. The table above shows the current offer and its full terms for each site.
Since 19 January 2026, UK-licensed casinos must cap wagering requirements at 10 times the bonus amount. This applies to every White Hat Gaming casino that serves UK players. For a £50 bonus, the most a site can ask you to wager is £500.
Before the cap, many casino bonuses carried much higher wagering requirements. The cap applies to the bonus amount only, not to your deposit plus the bonus. If you deposit £50 and receive a £50 bonus, the most you can be asked to wager is £500, not £1,000.
Not every payment method qualifies for a bonus, so check the terms before you deposit. For a full guide to deposit matches, free spins and other offer types, see our White Hat Gaming bonuses page.
Free spins
Free spins are one of the most common welcome offers at White Hat Gaming casinos. Some brands include them in the welcome package, and others run free spins promotions for existing players. Check whether free spins winnings are paid as cash or as bonus funds: the terms in the table say which, and any wagering on bonus funds falls under the 10x cap.
Bonus tips for UK players
- Minimum deposit: check the amount you need to deposit to trigger the offer.
- Game contribution: slots usually count in full towards wagering, while table and live games may count less or not at all.
- Maximum bet: many offers limit your stake while a bonus is active. Breaking that rule can cost you your bonus winnings.
- Expiry: check how long you have to use the bonus and meet any wagering.
Games at White Hat Gaming casinos
White Hat Gaming casinos offer slots, table games, live dealer games and scratch cards from a wide range of studios. These providers appear most often at the UK brands we list:
- Realistic Games
- Slingshot Studios
- NetEnt
- Barcrest
- Scientific Games
- Microgaming
- Stakelogic
- Blueprint Gaming
- Edict (Merkur Gaming)
- Fantasma
- Red Tiger Gaming
- Triple Edge Studios
Not every White Hat casino offers the full catalogue. Each brand chooses which providers to include, so check the review for the site you are interested in.
Popular slot types
Classic slots keep things simple with three reels and traditional paylines. Video slots make up most of the library, with five-reel layouts, bonus rounds, free spins features and expanding wilds. Megaways slots offer thousands of ways to win on every spin, and progressive jackpot slots build a prize pool that grows until someone wins it. Branded slots based on films, TV shows and music add even more choice of theme.
Table games and live casino
Table game players can choose from several variants of blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker. Many of these games are also available in live dealer format, streamed from a studio with a real dealer, alongside game show titles.
Sports betting
Not every White Hat Gaming casino includes sports betting. Some brands add a sportsbook to the casino, with pre-match and in-play markets. If sports betting matters to you, see our White Hat Gaming sports betting sites for the brands that offer it.
How to choose a White Hat casino
How to Choose the Best White Hat Gaming Casino
- 1Compare the welcome offers in the table above. Look at both the deposit match and the free spins, and read the key terms.
- 2Check the payment methods. Make sure the site supports the method you want to use for both deposits and withdrawals.
- 3Decide whether you want sports betting. Only some White Hat brands include a sportsbook.
- 4Read our review of the casino. The platform is shared, but brands differ in design, support hours and promotions.
- 5Try the site on your phone before you deposit. The sites work in a mobile browser, but some brands have better mobile layouts than others.
Payment methods
UK-licensed gambling sites cannot accept credit cards, so you pay with a debit card, an e-wallet, a bank transfer or a prepaid voucher. These UK payment methods are the most common across the White Hat Gaming sites we list:
- paysafecard
- Neteller
- Visa Debit
- Trustly
- Bank Transfer
- Mastercard
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
The methods differ from site to site. The table shows the main options for each casino, and the cashier on the site shows the full list, minimum amounts and any fees.
Withdrawal times
You normally withdraw to the method you used to deposit. The total time depends on two things: how long the casino takes to approve the withdrawal, and how long your payment method takes to pay it out. Once a withdrawal is approved, e-wallets are usually the quickest, while debit cards and bank transfers take longer.
Some casinos hold a withdrawal as pending before they process it, and your first withdrawal can take longer while the site checks your identity. Complete the verification steps early, and check the casino's terms for its processing times.
Pros and cons
Pros:
- Every UK site in our table is listed under White Hat Gaming Limited's UKGC licence
- UK rules cap bonus wagering at 10x
- Debit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers are widely available
- Games from a wide range of studios, including live dealer games
- Some brands add a sportsbook
- The sites work in a mobile browser without an app
Cons:
- White Hat Gaming paid a £1.3 million UKGC regulatory settlement in 2020 for safer gambling and anti-money laundering failings
- Not every brand offers sports betting
- Some brands run few promotions beyond the welcome offer
- Withdrawal processing times vary between brands
- The brands share one platform, so they can feel alike
Mobile gaming
White Hat Gaming casinos run in your mobile browser, so you do not need to download an app. Slots, table games, live casino and, where a brand offers it, sports betting all work on iOS and Android devices. Some brands have invested more in their mobile layout than others, so try a site on your phone before you commit.
Responsible gambling
All White Hat Gaming casinos that serve UK players must offer the safer gambling tools that the UKGC requires. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out and self-exclude from your account settings, and reality checks remind you how long you have been playing.
To block every UK-licensed gambling site at once, register with GAMSTOP. For free, confidential support, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (24 hours a day) or visit gamcare.org.uk.
White Hat Gaming on your bank statement
Payments to White Hat Gaming casinos can appear on your bank statement under different names. The entry may show White Hat Gaming Limited, the casino brand name or the payment provider, such as Trustly or PayPal.
If you see a payment you do not recognise, check our list of White Hat sites to find which brand it may be from. The casino's customer support can also explain a transaction.
Deposits and withdrawals appear as separate entries. If you deposit £50 and later withdraw £100, you see two transactions rather than one net amount. This is the same at all online casinos.
New White Hat casinos
New brands still join the White Hat Gaming platform, and they benefit from its established licences, payments and game provider relationships from day one. For the latest additions, see our new White Hat casinos page, which tracks recently launched brands and their welcome offers.
No. Each White Hat Gaming casino has its own accounts, balances and bonuses, and your login at one casino will not work at another. You need to register, and set your deposit limits, separately at each site.
VIP and loyalty programmes
Some White Hat Gaming casinos offer loyalty or VIP programmes, but each brand runs its own. Your VIP status or loyalty points at one casino do not transfer to another.
Programmes vary a lot between brands. Some use points that you exchange for rewards, and others have tiered VIP levels with extra benefits. If loyalty rewards matter to you, check the casino's promotions page or ask its support team before you sign up.
Customer support
Customer support varies across White Hat casinos. Most brands offer live chat as the main channel, with email as a backup, and support hours and response times differ between sites.
If the casino's support team cannot resolve a complaint, you can take it to the casino's approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service as a UK player.
Common complaints and how to avoid them
Player complaints about online casinos tend to follow the same themes, and White Hat Gaming brands are no different. Knowing them helps you avoid problems:
- Slow withdrawals: complete identity checks early and withdraw to the method you used to deposit.
- Bonus winnings removed: read the bonus terms, especially the maximum bet and the games that count towards wagering.
- Account restrictions: brands on one platform can share information about customers, so a problem at one site can affect others.
- Hard-to-reach support: keep a record of your chats and emails, and use the ADR service if the casino does not resolve your complaint.
User experience
White Hat Gaming casinos have a clean, modern interface. Navigation is consistent across most brands, with category filters for slots, table games, live casino and jackpots, and a search function to find games by name.
You manage your account from a standard dashboard where you can see your balance, deposit and withdraw, check bonus progress and use the safer gambling tools. Each brand has its own theme, but the game lobby, account pages and cashier layout are much the same across the network. If a distinctive design matters to you, compare a few sites before you choose one.

What is the wagering requirement at White Hat Gaming casinos?
